At Wild Strandz, appointment times are reserved specifically for each client. Because this is a small, independent salon, last-minute cancellations and scheduling issues directly impact our ability to serve other guests.
24-Hour Cancellation Policy
Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Cancellations or reschedules made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will result in a 50% charge of the scheduled service total.
This fee is non-negotiable.
No-Show Policy
Clients who do not arrive for their scheduled appointment without notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service total.
Clients who do not pay the no-show fee will not be rebooked until the balance is paid in full.
Incorrectly Booked Services
Clients are responsible for booking the correct service. If an incorrect service is booked and there is not enough time to perform the service desired or required, the appointment may be adjusted or ended.
A 50% charge will be applied due to time reserved that cannot be filled by another client.
This charge applies even if the service is not completed.
Friday Appointment Policy
Fridays are our most requested and busiest days and therefore operate under a stricter cancellation policy.
Friday appointments canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours will be charged 100% of the scheduled service total.
No exceptions.
Payment & Rebooking
Clients with unpaid cancellation, no-show, or booking fees will not be rebooked until all balances are paid in full.

At Wild Strandz, the health and safety of our clients and stylists is very important. Because this is a small, private salon suite, clients are asked not to attend their appointment if they are knowingly sick or if anyone in their household is currently experiencing a contagious illness, including but not limited to: fever, cough, sore throat, stomach illness, flu, COVID-19, or similar conditions.
If a client arrives to their appointment knowingly sick or knowingly exposed to illness within their household, the appointment will be refused and a charge of 50% of the scheduled service total will be applied. This fee is non-negotiable.
Clients who do not pay the illness fee will not be rebooked until the balance is paid in full.
This policy is enforced to help protect all guests—especially those of varying ages and health risks—and to prevent unnecessary exposure within the salon suite.
If you are feeling unwell or are aware of illness in your household prior to your appointment, please notify us as soon as possible so we can reschedule. No penalties apply when illness or exposure is communicated in advance.

At Wild Strandz, appointment times are carefully scheduled to respect both our clients’ time and the stylist’s schedule.
Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. A 15-minute grace period is allowed.
Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may have their appointment shortened, adjusted, or rescheduled based on remaining time.
If there is not enough time to safely or properly complete the scheduled service, the appointment will be canceled and treated as a late cancellation.
A 50% charge of the scheduled service total will apply for late arrivals that result in cancellation or inability to complete the service.
Late arrivals cannot be guaranteed their full service time, as this impacts subsequent appointments.

Wild Strandz is a small, private salon suite designed to comfortably and safely accommodate adult clients. To ensure a positive experience for everyone, services are limited to clients ages 12 and up.
Our styling chair and shampoo bowl are not designed to properly or safely fit younger children, which can make services difficult and uncomfortable for them, as well as limit our ability to perform services correctly.
Additionally, due to the size and layout of the suite, children are not permitted to accompany clients to their appointments. The space does not allow for additional guests, and this policy helps maintain a calm, professional environment while ensuring safety around salon tools, chemicals, and equipment.
We truly appreciate your understanding and support of this policy. These guidelines allow us to provide the best possible service experience while keeping our salon environment safe, comfortable, and enjoyable for all.

Wild Strandz is a small, private salon suite with limited space. To ensure a comfortable, safe, and relaxing experience for all clients, only the client receiving services is permitted inside the suite during appointments.
Additional guests, including friends, family members, or partners, are not allowed to remain inside the suite due to space limitations and safety concerns around salon tools, chemicals, and equipment.
If a client arrives with an additional guest, they will be asked to wait outside the suite in designated waiting areas for the duration of the appointment.
We truly appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain a calm, professional environment and provide the best possible service experience.

At Wild Strandz, your satisfaction is important to us, and we take pride in the quality of our work. If you are not completely happy with your service, we ask that you notify us and schedule an adjustment within 14 business days of your original appointment.
Clients have 14 business days to return to the salon for an adjustment related to the original service performed.
Adjustments are provided at no additional charge only when the service booked and performed requires a minor refinement (such as tonal adjustments or small tweaks) and the appointment is booked and completed within the 14-business-day time frame.
If a client does not schedule and complete their adjustment within the 14-business-day period, the service will no longer qualify as a complimentary fix and will be charged accordingly.
If a client requests a change or service that was not included in the original appointment, additional charges will apply and the service must be booked separately.
No refunds are offered. Adjustments are the sole remedy for service-related concerns.
This policy ensures fairness while allowing us the opportunity to address concerns in a timely manner.

To book and maintain an appointment at Wild Strandz, a valid card on file is required.
The card on file may be used to charge applicable fees related to:
Late cancellations
No-shows
Same-day cancellations
Policy violations (including health & wellness, arrival, and booking accuracy policies)
Cards on file are stored securely through our booking system and will not be charged without reason, only in accordance with salon policies.
Clients who do not have a valid card on file, or whose card is declined, may not be rebooked until a valid card is provided.
This policy helps protect our time and allows us to continue operating as a small, independent salon.
